the total number in your party is limited to six guests. holidays are from friday to friday with arrival from
4.00 pm. we ask that you depart by 10.00 am to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
booking is fully inclusive of all services provided: gas; electricity
linen is not provided
discerning dogs welcome as interviewed by ben.
no smoking.
booking and prices
upon booking we will require a deposit of one-third of the rent which is non refundable and a damage deposit of £150 which will be returned to you within two weeks of your taking your holiday. the balance is payable eight weeks before the holiday start. payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
