the accommodation

ground floor

the parking is on the seaward side of the house on west place and has space for one large car. the house is entered through the undercroft to a small planted courtyard. the wetroom, shower ,wc and bath can be entered directly from the courtyard or through the kitchen. this is fully equipped and includes all your cooking facilities and is complete with dishwasher and washing machine.

from there to an eight seater dining room and downstairs lounge with exposed granite walls and the house’s painting collection, the dining table will seat eight. breakfast coffee can taken on those sunny mornings on the secluded front patio with its well planted garden. from this side of the house the town can be reach within a few minutes through the lane opposite and connects you directly to the barabara hepwoth museum and gardens.

first floor

one double bedroom facing east toward the town and harbour and a twin bedroom with sea views towards clodgy point. a modernised bathroom and separate toilet.

attic bedroom

a delightful large double bedroom with its original ship-boarded interior with its extensive views over the town and harbour.
